The agent for the sale of the Fox Inn has informed us that the owner, Stonegate, has rejected our offer. This is disappointing as the amount offered aligned with the valuation in our professionally prepared feasibility study.

We, The Bartons Community Benefit Society Ltd, still want our pub back. We will keep you informed of any further developments and will not oppose a purchaser looking to create a pub with the right vision, offer and pricing.
